Renovations can be complex and often need more thought and skill than a new build. We enjoy that. Past jobs include a villa renovation that won a Bronze award, bathroom makeovers, a re-clad and re-roof, and a day care centre renovated to Ministry of Education standards.

Award winning renovation
Our renovation of a 1900s villa at Takaka Hill, Riwaka, won a Bronze award in the renovation category of the Registered Master Builders 2022 House of the Year.
We rebuilt the back of the house with a new kitchen, living and dining room, added a bedroom and a bathroom at the front, and kept the timber panelled ceiling, stained glass windows and original front door.
We are Licensed Building Practitioners and members of Registered Master Builders, so you know the work is done properly.
